TERMS & CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the membership of Harsham Harmony Hub, operated under Harsham Harmony Hub (“Management”). By applying for membership, the applicant (“Member”) agrees to be legally bound by the following Terms.
1. Payment & Fees
- 1.1 All membership payments shall be made by cash, online transfer, or cheque strictly in favour of Harsham Harmony Hub.
- 1.2 Payments made in any other name or through unauthorized modes shall be deemed invalid.
- 1.3 Membership fees are non-refundable, non-adjustable, and non-transferable under all circumstances.
2. Membership Period
- 2.1 The membership shall be valid for a fixed period commencing from 1st April 2026 and ending on 31st March 2027.
- 2.2 The applicable annual membership fees per applicant are as follows:
- Harmony Elite Membership: Rs. 5,000/-
- Harmony Signature Membership: Rs. 3,500/-
3. Membership Approval
- 3.1 Submission of a membership application does not confer any automatic right of membership.
- 3.2 The Management reserves absolute discretion to accept or reject any membership application without assigning any reason.
- 3.3 Membership shall be deemed confirmed only upon approval by the Management.
4. Programs & Events
- 4.1 The Management shall organize seven (7) programs during the membership period.
- 4.2 All programs shall be conducted at reputed venues as determined by the Management.
- 4.3 Event details including date, time, and venue shall be communicated to Members via SMS, WhatsApp, or other appropriate communication channels.
5. Non-Attendance
- 5.1 In the event a Member fails to attend any program for any reason whatsoever, no refund, compensation, credit, or substitution shall be provided.
- 5.2 Non-attendance shall not create any right, claim, or entitlement against the Management.
6. Conduct & Discipline
- 6.1 Members shall conduct themselves in a lawful, disciplined, and respectful manner at all times during club events.
- 6.2 Any Member found engaging in unruly behaviour, creating nuisance, violating government rules or laws, or disrupting the event or its participants shall be liable for immediate cancellation of membership.
- 6.3 Such cancellation shall be without refund or compensation, and the decision of the Management shall be final and binding.
7. Management Rights
- 7.1 The Management reserves full and unrestricted rights to plan, manage, modify, or cancel any aspect of the programs including venue, schedule, timing, format, and participant eligibility.
- 7.2 Decisions taken by the Management in this regard shall be final and not subject to dispute.
8. Change or Cancellation of Events
- 8.1 The Management may, at its discretion, change the venue, date, or timing of any program or cancel the same due to administrative, logistical, or unavoidable circumstances.
- 8.2 Such changes or cancellations shall not entitle Members to any refund, compensation, or legal claim.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- 9.1 Participation in club events is entirely at the Member’s own risk.
- 9.2 The Management shall not be liable for any personal injury, accident, loss, theft, damage to property, or any indirect or consequential loss suffered by the Member during or in connection with any event.
10. QR Code & Access Control
- 10.1 A membership QR code shall be issued only after the membership application is reviewed and approved by the Management.
- 10.2 The QR code is personal and non-transferable. Any misuse, duplication, or unauthorized sharing may result in cancellation of membership without refund.
11. Termination of Membership
- 11.1 The Management reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Member for violation of these Terms without prior notice.
- 11.2 Upon termination, the Member shall forfeit all rights, privileges, and claims arising from membership.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- 12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- 12.2 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad.
13. Acceptance
By submitting the membership application and making payment, the applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
